GA offers a one-day seminar each year called Equipping Elders. This annual event is “spring training” for local church leaders (Elders, Deacons, and those preparing for office) who are encouraged to attend together as a team. A church may send everyone that could benefit for one price. The seminar has two plenary sessions as well as breakout sessions for smaller workshops, with a Q&A at the end of the day.
Past event have featured special instructors such as Alexander Strauch (author & elder at Littleton Bible Chapel, Denver), and Dr Wes Pastor, planter and senior minister of Christ Memorial Church (Williston, VT).
